Fire rated correx sheet is also called fire rated coroplast, fire retardant correx, fire rated corflute, fireproof corrugated plastic sheet, etc. It is a plastic hollow board with flame-retardant effect by adding flame retardant particles to polypropylene raw material through extrusion molding. Usually, fire rated correx sheet is divided into three grades, V2, V1 , V0. The flame retardant correx board can automatically extinguish after leaving the fire source and will not become a fire-inducing material.
Introduction of fire rated correx sheet grades：
(1) After two 10-second burning tests on the fireproof corrugated plastic sheets, the flame goes out within 60 seconds. There may be correx sheets burning off, this is a V2 flame retardant hollow board.
(2) After two 10-second burning tests on the fire rated coroplast, the flame goes out within 60 seconds. There can be no burning material falling from the hollow board, this is a V1 flame retardant correx board.
(3) After two 10-second burning tests on the fireproof coroplast sheets, the flame goes out within 30 seconds. There can be no burning material falling from the coroplast sheet. This is a V0-level fire rated correx sheet and the highest-level flame-retardant coroplast sheet.
Our standard size is 4' x 8'(1220mm x 2440mm), we also can customize the size, the width is less than 2600mm. Among all the colors, the white fire rated correx sheet has the best fireproof performance. Our manufacturer can only produce v2 fireproof boards, which can meet the general fireproof requirements of customers.
