PP Bubble Guard sheet/board（also known as polypropylene honeycomb panel, pp honeycomb board, pp honeycomb sandwich panel,honeycomb pp sheet, etc） is an alveolar 100% PP sheet. The middle core layer of the PP honeycomb panel adopts a honeycomb structure, and the holes are directly connected tightly.
Features of pp honeycomb sheets and Pallet Sleeve Boxes:
It is recyclable and eco-friendly (it is 100% recyclable because fully made of PP), non-toxic, resistant to mechanical stress and chemical agents, thermoformable, with a weight range from 1050 gr/sqm to 6500 gr/sqm and a thickness range from 3.5mm to 13 mm.
Applications of polypropylene honeycomb panels:
They are widely used in turnover boxes(Pallet Sleeve Boxes/plastic gaylord boxes),automotive, packaging, flightcases, floor protection,signboards, used as back & side plate, partitions, bulkheads and tables or interiors in general.
