How to assemble plastic pallet boxes
Unfold: Gently pull apart the sides of the sleeve to expand it to the desired size. During the unfolding process, please pay attention to the buckle positions on each side to ensure correct installation.
Assemble the pallet: The pallet is located at the bottom of the foldable pallet boxes and plays a supporting role. Place the sleeve on the pallet, making sure the pallet matches the dimensions of the sleeve. Then, snap the edge of the sleeve into the groove on the edge of the pallet to complete the pallet assembly.
Cover assembly: Place the cover on top of the plastic pallet sleeve boxes, making sure the cover matches the size of the sleeve. Then, snap the edge of the sleeve into the groove on the edge of the lid to complete the lid assembly.
Locking: All sides are firmly locked through the built-in locking mechanism. Before locking, make sure all sides are fully extended and that the buckles are inserted correctly. Simply press the buckle to lock it.
