Corrugated Plastic Tree Guards are tree shelters made of polypropylene corrugated boards to protect yong trees or vines from damage by bad weather. Corrugated plastic tree protectors can be customized according to customers' needs. There are three common shapes of corrugated plastic protectors, triangle, circle, and square. The commonly used colors are light green, white, and blue. The most commonly used thickness is 2mm.

1. What are corrugated plastic tree guards?

Corrugated Plastic Tree Guard is made of corflute sheets,so it’s also known as corflute tree guard/corflute sapling protectors is a rigid plastic shelter,it can protect the tree/vine. All corflute tree guards with UV stabilised function for at least 2 year using life .

They are very durable, very fast to install and remain presentable much longer than other forms of tree protectors.These corflute tree guards are foldable, they are flat packed for transport to save more space and freight cost, they can be simply opened out and a stake inserted into the specially pre-cut slits. A rectangular hardwood stake is available with these corflute plant guards the specially machined shape of these stakes prevent the guards from spinning around the stake and damaging the plant.

According to the production process, there are two types, one requires seamless welding, and the other does not require seamless welding. The sapling protection that does not require seamless welding is shown in the following figure:

The welding corflute tree guard includes a welded seam allowing the sapling guard to be easily spring into shape reducing installation time.

According to the shape, the plastic sapling protection can be divided into circle, triangle, quadrangle and polygon, and we can customize the shape and design according to customer's requirements.
