Collapsible gaylord containers consist of a complete set of composite plastic trays, top cover, and bottom bracket, with built-in locks and folding sleeves. The top cover and bottom are made of HDPE. It adopts double-layer disposable blister molding process. Sleeves are made of PP (polypropylene resin) plastic hollow panels or honeycomb panels. The whole system is designed to be reciprocated and recycled, and the top cover and bottom bracket can be recycled for up to 10 years.
